Lurionyx SysDiag Version 2 End-User License Agreement
=====================================================

Effective date: 26 August 2026

Copyright (c) 2026 Rayen Leys. All rights reserved.

IMPORTANT: READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE USING LURIONYX SYSDIAG VERSION 2
("SysDiag"). By selecting "Accept and continue" in SysDiag, you agree to this
End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, select
"Decline and exit" and do not use SysDiag.

1. License grant
----------------

Subject to this Agreement, Rayen Leys grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use SysDiag on Windows
devices that you own or are authorized to administer. SysDiag is licensed,
not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

2. First-party ownership and restrictions
------------------------------------------

Rayen Leys owns the SysDiag name, branding, first-party source code, user
interface, original artwork, and other first-party assets unless a file
explicitly states otherwise.

Except where applicable law or a third-party license expressly permits it,
you may not:

  - sell, sublicense, lease, repackage, publish, or redistribute SysDiag;
  - modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive
    SysDiag first-party source code;
  - work around technical limitations or access controls;
  - remove, conceal, or alter copyright, license, attribution, or supplier
    notices; or
  - use SysDiag unlawfully or to create, deliver, or propagate malware.

3. Third-party software and open-source rights
-----------------------------------------------

SysDiag includes separately licensed third-party software. Its licenses,
notices, dependency inventory, and source-availability information are in the
Licenses folder distributed with SysDiag. Those terms are incorporated into
this Agreement and apply directly to their respective components.

If this Agreement conflicts with a third-party license, the third-party
license controls for that component. Nothing in this Agreement restricts a
right granted by an open-source license. In particular, the restrictions in
Section 2 do not prohibit modification, replacement, reverse engineering, or
debugging to the extent required or permitted by an applicable third-party
license. LGPL-covered components are shipped in replaceable form, and their
matching source is identified in Licenses/SOURCE-AVAILABILITY.txt.

4. Microsoft components
------------------------

SysDiag contains Microsoft distributable code, including Windows App SDK,
Windows SDK, WebView2, and .NET components. Microsoft and its suppliers retain
all rights in their code. You agree that you will not:

  - work around technical limitations in Microsoft code;
  - reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Microsoft code except where
    applicable law or a third-party license expressly permits it;
  - remove, minimize, block, or modify Microsoft or supplier notices;
  - use Microsoft code unlawfully or to create or propagate malware;
  - distribute Microsoft code as a stand-alone offering; or
  - use Microsoft trademarks or trade dress in a way that suggests SysDiag is
    produced, sponsored, or endorsed by Microsoft.

Microsoft does not sponsor or endorse SysDiag and is not responsible for
providing support for it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
Microsoft and its suppliers provide their components "as is", with all faults
and without warranties. You must comply with applicable export laws and may
obtain updates to Microsoft components only from Microsoft or authorized
sources.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and
hold harmless Microsoft from claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees,
arising from your unlawful distribution or use of SysDiag, except to the
extent a claim is based solely on unmodified Microsoft distributable code.

The complete Microsoft and supplier license texts shipped with SysDiag remain
controlling for their components and are available in the Licenses folder.

5. Diagnostics, repair actions, and responsibility
--------------------------------------------------

SysDiag reads diagnostic information and can offer actions that report,
change, or attempt to repair system state. Some actions require administrator
permission. You are responsible for reviewing an action, maintaining suitable
backups, deciding whether you are authorized to run it, and evaluating its
results. Do not use SysDiag on a device without the owner's permission.

6. No warranty
--------------

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYSDIAG IS PROVIDED "AS
IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS", WITHOUT EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT
LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

7. Limitation of liability
--------------------------

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAYEN LEYS, LURIONYX,
MICROSOFT, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR USE, ARISING FROM
SYSDIAG. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE
LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

8. Termination
--------------

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this
Agreement. On termination, stop using SysDiag and delete all copies, except
that rights and obligations under applicable third-party licenses continue as
those licenses provide.

9. Entire agreement and applicable law
---------------------------------------

This Agreement and the incorporated third-party terms are the complete terms
for SysDiag. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay
in effect. Applicable mandatory law, including non-waivable consumer rights,
continues to apply.
